For the first time in a long while, Regina wasn't in control of something happening to someone she cared about. With Henry in Neverland, she'd at least been able to stop Pan by taking her son's heart back. This, she didn't know how to stop. What if Robin hurt himself? Her own fear, that she'd lose him, made her stay rooted to her spot for a moment, words tumbling in her mind; things she needed to say, or should say, but she stopped herself. She wouldn't say them for the first time as if it were a goodbye.
